Soul Crystals gives you different shipping options to choose from to suit your requirements. These shipping methods offer fast and reliable service to deliver your products to you quickly and economically. As a rule please allow between 1 to 2 weeks for delivery from date of payment for products which are availiable, special orders for products which need to be sourced or recreated will take longer and we will notify you of the lead time necessary if this is the case.
FedEx International Priority: We use FedEx International Priority Mail. See standard delivery times below, please note that these transit times may vary due to certain factors such as customs clearance or any shipping delay's caused by the carrier. The delivery time is a guideline from date of departure of goods and parcels should be tracked online to gain a more accurate transit time. Please note: FedEx cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Standard delivery times are as follows: 1 - 2 day delivery to all GCC Countries 2 day delivery to the US and Canada 3 day delivery to key Asian destinations 3 - 7 day delivery to all other FedEx destinations
Post Office: We use the Post office to send registered parcels of lower value within the boarders of South Africa, counter to counter, this service can take between 3 - 7 days for delivery from date of payment depending on which postal office it will be deliverd to. This service is free to all South African customers. You will receive a receipt with the tracking number and expected date of arrival, the post office will then notify you when your parcel is ready for collection.
We can also send registered parcels via the Post office to international destinations, this option is free worldwide and you will receive a tracking number with which you can track your goods. This service can take between 14 - 21 days for delivery from date of payment. Please contact us should you wish to use this service.
Availability: All pictures on our website are the actual products and are currently availiable, should for some reason we not have a certain item in stock we will source you a similar item and send you a picture so that you may view the product prior to its purchase, alternatively we can also recreate certain items on request.
Additional Information for international shipments: In many countries (not USA) properly declared shipments are subject to custom charges and tax! Registered mail, takes longer but usually avoids additional fees. We are happy to send via FedEx or DHL but please keep in mind that we have no control over extra charges occuring in your country. The buyer is responsible for any customs, tax and duties in their country. Returns because of such charges cannot be accepted. You may also contact us for any special arrangements.

Customs: No customs fees are charged when exporting from South Africa. Any fees, taxes, VAT or other duties/penilties when importing to your country are the full responsibility of the buyer.
