Your Inspection Period: All products have a 7 day inspection period, this begins from date of delivery. Should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchase due to damage, please contact us and we will arrange either a refund or replacement of goods. Products may only be returned during this period.
Returns: All returned items to include original packaging with item codes and safely repackaged to avoid any damage that may occur during transit. Return shipping will be to your own account.
Return Confirmation: It is fundamental that you email us for a return authorization code prior to returning the goods. Items without a code will not be accepted and returned.
Refunds: All refunds are made via the same method as the payment received. Shipping, insurance and credit card processing costs are non-refundable. Refunds can only be made once we have received the returned goods and inspected them.
